By accessing or using the PrepCelpip.com platform located at https://prepcelpip.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all Terms, do not use the Service.

2. About Us

PrepCelpip.com ("we", "us", "our") is an individually owned and operated online business based in Canada. We operate entirely through the internet and do not maintain a public physical office address.

3. Description of the Service

PrepCelpip.com is a cloud‑based online practice platform for CELPIP exam preparation that helps users practice all CELPIP sections with realistic tasks and instant feedback.

4. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

• Pricing: Current subscription plans and pricing are displayed at https://prepcelpip.com/pricing.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. HST/GST).
• Payment Processor: Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's Buyer Terms.

6. Licence & Intellectual Property

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service per these Terms. All intellectual‑property rights remain with PrepCelpip.com and its licensors.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to) uploading unlawful or infringing content, reverse‑engineering the platform, or reselling access without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

9. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy (see Section 3 below).

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Service provided "as is" and "as available".
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability of PrepCelpip.com is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless a mandatory consumer law applies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will notify users at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
